One of my best friends lives thousands of miles away in Brazil.
The first time we met was when I was in grade ten, but we had been pen pals for a few years prior to that.
Since then, we haven’t managed to meet up again, until now. In New York! Continue reading
Moving to college can be a bittersweet thing. For students going into their first year it’s exciting and scary, and it’s usually the first time they’re moving away from home. On-campus residence is a great way to make the leap because everyone is in the same situation. My exams and culminating projects are finally over, so hopefully I’ll have much more time to write posts and visit all of your lovely blogs!
I thought it would be fitting to start up the blog again with a quick little peek at my desk. This is the one I have when I’m away at school. It is where I do all of my writing for the blog, and I also use it for homework, drawing, and even getting ready in the morning.
I have some exciting news today. Kellybean now has a page on Facebook!
The purpose of this page is to reach out to you guys in another social media form, so my posts are more readily available to you. Please like my page if you’d like to receive updates on your Facebook News Feed whenever a new post is up!

There are many times when I get so overwhelmed that I feel like I can’t cope, but I’ve noticed that certain things really can help.
These past two weeks have been super busy with productions at school, so I apologize for not posting in what feels like forever! Last week after class I was in rehearsals every night for our Music Theatre program’s dance showcase. For the show I was one of the two Live Mix Operators.
